Elliott Sound Products Project 86 - Miniature Audio Oscillator 

The layout for this circuit is virtually identical to the published project design.

The PCB comprises a complete audio oscillator, with provision on the board for all components except switches, output level pot and output socket. May be powered using either one or two 9V batteries, or a power supply (e.g. P05) giving +/-12V to +/-15V at about 10mA.
